A few changes I would like to see
Larger graphic for us old farts with failing eyesight, about twice the present size.
A text line at the top showing the name of the file that's currently loaded.
A type in box as well as the slider for entering the advance and injector time.
Different bar graph object for the sliders that can't be changed e.g. temperatures.

General comment:
I think Cliff could use some help with documenting, it's very hard to do well when you are so close to the project. :)

Oh, heres my pet peve, it's hard to get the manuals, assembly instructions etc to print out without loosing part of the text (RH side)
I think this is a North American A4 paper size issue. :(

That's not a bad idea. Perhaps in the window title. When loaded from the ECU, it could tell you just that. It's a piece of cake to implement.

I've been bugging Cliff for years because the temperature sliders are upside down (-30 is at the top) but he just plain refuses to make such unimportant changes to the software.  ;)
