SW4 is currently unused but I think a better option would be to add this capability to the Optimiser. I've recently added map restore/backup to it (still experimental) and if I can fit it in, multiple maps is the logical next step.

Thanks a lot also from my side.
Another option still would be the possibility to enrichen (or lean out) the whole map for 5% for instance (just an example). Together with tools like StreetDyno or GSF-Dyno this would make even more fun. Altering spark then would be the next logical step. No other available package could offer something like this.
I'm also very glad that you want to put into the Optimiser. I'm not a close friend of this PDA/Bluetooth/Celly package.

The version I'm beta testing with backup/restore capability seems to work fine. It only does the various 15x16 cell tables, not things like prime tables and other settings. I hope it will eventually do the whole map.

While we're at it, I should mention it is a little too easy starting a backup or restore by accident. Maybe it should be a simultaneous two-button confirmation, or holding a button for more than two seconds, something like that.

Also, just for perfection, the Optimiser should be aware when the current backup space is empty or invalid (like after a reflash) and refuse to restore. Heck, it could even automatically make a back up if it detects this at startup. Now I'm starting to get silly, TTFN  :-X   :)
