Title: 02 voltages using stock Guzzi sensor
Post by Bobd on 07/31/12 at 06:04:41
Can anyone suggest the correct O2 voltages when using a stock Guzzi sensor.

Although I have got hold of a used LC-1 the sensor supplied appears to be faulty (8 blinks).

I have a Guzzi sensor OZA341-BB1 which appears to output between 0.75 and 0.93 when I took the bike out using the Optimiser.  I assume this is voltage.

Going to Autotune made the engine cut out. I suspect this is because the map (Sport.ecu) holds the default votages for the LC-1 default setting.

I understand lamda 1.0 is 0.45v with my sensor and  approximately 0.1 volt lean and approximately 0.9 volt rich.

Any ideas what voltages I should set, apart from zero being 0.0v how many other values do I need to use.

Would the LC-1 work with the stock Guzzi sensor.

Many thanks for any help.

This is what  use in the Breva

MyECU Cfg O2=0.00V,0.65V,0.75V,0.80V,0.85V,0.90V,0.95V,1.00V,

You should only go to autotune when you know the closed loop is operating properly. You should reload your map as it it possible you have corrupted a few entries.

OK, I will reload the map using the Breva figures.

I pulled over halfway through the test ride and reset switch one to ON.  Rode home perfectly - seemed like the stock item but a bit hesistant at a very small throttle opening.  I noted the TPS is 95 with the engine stopped and 101 with it running. WOT seems to be about 980 - did not want to look at it too long on the road!  I will set up my notebook and log the next test.

I am wondering about the throttle breakpoints, should I reset those at this stage. Perhaps I should draw graphs overlaying the new values on the old to determine the inj duration.

Thanks,

Bob.

Just make sure your TPS it set ok - 96 - 100 is ok.
the throttle break can be adjusted any time but there is little benefit.

I will leave the breaks alone for now.

Thanks, off to bed now - early shift!
