Maybe someone noticed it as well, but in the map for the My16M the missing teeth (or void) is equal to 3.  But I saw in the Ducati Shop Manual, a section where it says: Timing sensor (...) capable of detecting 46 teeth as well as void equal to 2 teeth.  So the number 48 is the same for both Ducati and My16M maps, but the voids are different values.  Any idea is that has an effect? 

Should I test a map with:
PulsesPer=48, MissingPulses=2
instead of
PulsesPer=48, MissingPulses=3
??

What I know from own eperience is that WM15 ecus used in Monsters work flawlessly in Guzzis.

I would assume it uses different maps for different bikes though? And these different maps may include info on the number of teeth and missing ones for timing.  Wild guess here.

That value is correct for you bike. That value is specific to MyECU and may not be equal to the actual missing tooth. My bike is 24-2 and on that value the map specifies 130. Maybe Cliff could explain a bit better this if he has time, but works.

You might tweak the tdc value, on you bike but it´s much less important with your missing tooth wheel configuration.

The 3 was an early mistake but being possibly critical I decided not to touch it in case something broke.

It turns out the value wasn't important back then but as I made the code more general it is now used.

I actually have this kludge in the current code

if ( missing == 3 ) missing = 2

So if you have 3 in your map you can change it to 2.

FYI, 2 or 3 seems to have no noticeable effect after all.
