Title: Lambda wideband Post by Jerome on 10/13/20 at 05:39:50
Hi,
I just finished my 16M. I would like to fit a wideband lambda sensor. Is it possible to fit one, directly on PCB. Or do i need a LC1 or Spartan interface? Thx |

The MyECU only has a header for accepting two O2 inputs ( 0 - 5V analog input ). So if you are using a wideband sensor you typically need to use seperate controller to provide that analog input.

OK, so if i need a wideband lambda --> LC1 or Spartan.
If i look after a narrow band lambda, i can connect it directly on the PCB? |

The MyECU has a 3 pin header ( centre gnd ) for connecting the O2 inputs. To avoid confusion either connect the unused input to the other input or to gnd.
You then need to configure the map to suit and the last table "Flags" # There are 8 possible voltage targets available 0-7 # The first number for 0 should be 0.0 and means open loop # For simple sensors where richer is more voltage, all numbers should be positive # For later sensors where leaner is more voltage, all numbers should be negative MyECU Cfg O2=0.00V,-3.00V,-2.75V,-2.40V,-2.25V,-2.00V,-1.75V,-1.50V, # 0 = None, 1 = Inp1, 2 = Inp2, 3 = Both MyECU Cfg O2Sensors=2 |

Does anybody have an experience with Spartan 2 from 17point7?
