Wordpad quite limited, Excel an option, but what txt software do you use/think is best/most practical?

When running windoze I use PSPad because it's free and very powerful. Most importantly it has column mode editing, so you can cut and paste columns in a map!

I only use ECUControl for up/downloading maps and some occasional transponations.

THX for the link, looks promissing. So far I use(d) WordPad and Excel.
