15m o2 sensor cable question
03/25/10 at 04:01:23

I have a 04 v11sport 15m without the lambda sensor but there is a connector near the ecu that looks like one for it. Is that plug wired into the ecu (now My15m).... and can I then  use that with an lc-1 sensor? or should I just use the pcb plug connection?  Thanks for your suggestions.....

I don't know about the plug. You could check continuity to the 3 pin header on the MyECU PCB.

Hubert mentioned using the diagnostic connector for his own needs, maybe it's that one? After he gave me the idea I did the same with my 16M, which has a similar one. I only had to make one little patch inside the ECU from the corresponding pin to the sensor connector block. Ground was already supplied.

The LC-1 needs its own, good, 12V power. I feed mine from my power relay so it's only powered when the fuel pump is running.
