Looking for good maps for Ducati 996 superbike, MIVV race slipons, open air intakes with MWR foam filter over injectors. Like to get rid of the power commander.

Take a look at my 916 map. You'd need to halve the injection duration (unless you're single injector), but it should give you a good baseline.
