The above log file shows you are confusing the some files as it has elements of two types of data.
Another source of confusion is that you have the default Microsoft setting that hides file types from you.

Here is a list at the file types involved.
*.ht - Hyperterminal configuration file. Created once to get HT talking and launch HT.
Eculog.txt -output log file of ECUController for other diagnosis.
*.dmp -file you create with HT to capture raw Ecu data.
*.txt - file you create with Ecucontrollerto store parsed ecu data.
